About

Esquimalt

Located just over 10 minutes outside of Downtown Victoria and sandwiched between the waterfront, Esquimalt offers a unique blend of history, nature, and convenience.

Once used as a navy base by the Royal Canadian Navy in the 1880s before it became a town in 1912 - this area has seen its share of warring nations come through here over 4000 years.

Rich in history yet retaining so much natural beauty with lush greenery, majestic trees, as well as an open coastline - Esquimalt continues to reflect on her roots with heritage homes dating back to times gone by and historic buildings scattered throughout. The town's welcoming attitude towards preserving these buildings adds to its charming personality while also maintaining their original rustic look - giving off that Victorian vibe.

Whether you're looking for somewhere old-fashioned but new construction or even something modern close to all things downtown - this one might be worth checking out!
